Eggbox Challenges

What fun can come out of an Eggbox? What words of insight & meaning can be picked from the carton once all the eggs have been used?
Well, if you’re anything like my wife you can make eggboxes a fun activity extravaganza. Simply write down a few dozen ideas to pass the time, then put the folded bits of paper into an eggbox. Deliver to someone who’s got a lot of time on their hands, and await the results.
Each task/suggestion/challenge from one eggbox, can be accompanied with a NOW eggbox quote. The NOW quotes are more philosophical and lean towards mindfulness and being in the moment. They stem from many sources to aid meditative and similar practices, but are inspired by The Power of Now book, by Eckhart Toll.
For me, each time I took a quote from the NOW eggbox, I picked a random task from the NOW WHAT box, and sought to discover a meaningful connection, or a lesson that could be learned.
I am currently in the process of going through these challenges, and will post them here once each one is completed.
Task 1 – Paint a picture using only two colours. Pick the colours at random (e.g. using dice).
Task 2 – Find a funny joke. Print it out 20 times and post it through letterboxes in our street.
Task 3 – Dress-up as businessman. Go to the pub and act accordingly.
Task 4 – Design some Tarot cards (or use a standard set). Think of a question you need answering and see how the cards guide you.
